Location: Expo New Mexico Fairgrounds, Albuquerque, New Mexico




Fees: $7 per animal per class for NMPGC Members, $9 per goat per class for non-members. $2 late fee per goat per class if registrations are postmarked after October 30, 2010. Mail registrations to Renee Furst, 7003 Loma Larga, Albuquerque, NM 87048. No Refunds will be given after entries are received. Check made out to NMPGC.

Show Arrival: The pens will be available on Friday. Animals can stay on the grounds Friday and Saturday nights. There is electricity and water available . Bathrooms are located in the Dairy Goat Barn East of the pavilion building.
You will see security at the fairgrounds with both walking & bicycle traffic. Please be aware of your belongings at all times as the club is not responsible for any lost items.

Show Schedule: Check in will be on Friday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and again on Saturday starting at 7:30 am and WILL be completed by 8:30 am. The show WILL start at 9:00 am.

Animal Identification and Paperwork: All animals must have original NPGA Registration Papers to be shown. Any animal winning a Grand or Reserve Grand Championship must have a legible tattoo or microchip. To receive the win you must have your registration papers or have a bill of sale/receipt that is dated less than 90 days before the show date of November 5th 2011, along with any original paperwork. All paperwork will be checked at time of check in. LOOK for Renee.

Pens: Pens are located on the West/East sides of the arena in the Livestock Pavilion. There is a flat rate of $5.00 to rent pens. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning all the pens they use, ��NO EXCEPTIONS��. Please don't forget to bring a rake with you. There are trash receptacles available in the aisles next to the pens. If your pens are not cleaned, the club will assess you a an additional $5.00 charge per pen!

Raffle/Potluck: Plan on a potluck. Those who bring a dish only pay $2.00 per person for lunch. Those who do not donate pay $4.00 per person for lunch. We encourage you to bring a dish. Let��s see what your specialty is? Call Renee when you decide what you are bringing or call her at (505) 898-7848 to inquire what is needed.

Sick Animals: Any animals deemed ill by the NMPGC Executive Board or contracted Judges will be withdrawn from the competition. Refunds will not be given. Please do not bring sick animals to the show.

Directions: The Livestock Pavilion is located on the northwest corner of the Expo New Mexico State Fairgrounds in Albuquerque, NM. Enter at Gate 6 on Lomas just south of San Pedro and across from McDonald's.
From Interstate 40: Exit at San Mateo, head South about 0.8 miles, turn left (East) on Lomas and right at San Pedro across from McDonalds. Gate 6 on the immediate left.
From Interstate 25 Heading North: Exit 224B Central Ave. Head North to Lomas, go (East) on Lomas about 3 miles and right on San Pedro across from McDonalds. Gate 6 is on your immediate left.
From Interstate 25 Heading South: Exit 225 Lomas. Left on Lomas about 3 miles to San Pedro. Gate 6 is on your immediate left.
